CURRENT RATES:
Full Weekend Experience: $8,900, Friday at 4 p.m.-Sunday at 1 p.m. with overnight stay for bride/groom and select wedding party guests (up to 10 in lodge) plus RV/trailer spaces.

Saturday-only: $6,900, includes 12 hours on Saturday and one hour of rehearsal time in the evening Thursday or Friday prior to wedding, if available.

Couples may choose a Saturday-only wedding rental with up to 12 hours of venue access, or elevate their celebration with our exclusive full-weekend rental, offering approximately 45 hours from Friday afternoon through Sunday early afternoon—a great value!

A full-weekend rental allows you to host your rehearsal dinner on site, spread out your setup and cleanup, and truly enjoy a relaxed wedding experience. You can arrive early, stay overnight, and wake up at the venue on your wedding day—no rushing, no driving elsewhere after your “I dos,” and more time to celebrate with the people you love.

Full-weekend rentals include overnight accommodations, featuring the bridal suite as a guestroom, an additional guestroom with a queen-size bed, and five dry camping spaces for RVs, tents, or trailers, perfect for accommodating close friends and family.

Bridal SuiteA private space for the bride and her team to prepare for the ceremony; includes a private bathroom, three vanity seats with mirrors, full-length mirror, exterior door leading to the ceremony, and also serves as a guest room for bride/groom on wedding eve or wedding night if choosing the weekend rental.
Groom’s DenA private space for the groom and his crew to prepare for the ceremony; includes private bathroom, lounge area with couch and chairs, mini fridge, and an exterior door. This room can also be used for sleeping quarters if guests bring air mattress.
Lodge Use
*Wedding Party Use Only, No Wedding Guests
The wedding party will be allowed use of the inside of the lodge during rental period which is also a great space to host a rehearsal dinner. This includes the main living room, bathroom, kitchen, and one extra guest room with queen-size bed if choosing the weekend rental option. No wedding guests are allowed to use the inside of the lodge.

One extra guest room (in addition to the Bridal Suite sleeping area) inside the lodge is available for use by the wedding party or groom if needed; includes queen size bed, vanity and bathroom. The groom’s den can also transform into a guest room if more space is needed. There is a maximum of 10 overnight guests inside the lodge.
Grounds/Property Use for PhotographyCouples can access most areas of the property during their rental time for photographs including a variety of wooded areas, field, lodge exterior, and more.
Dance FloorA dance floor is installed in the reception tent (not moveable)
Expansive LawnThe back lawn extends from one end of the lodge to the other and is more than enough space to hold the ceremony and reception in different sections as well as room for lawn games and more.
Outdoor Fire PitA stone-lined fire pit is located in the reception area and firewood is provided if not burn ban.
Parking Spaces and Attendants Parking for about 70 standard-sized vehicles is available plus an overflow area is a short walk away. We provide a parking attendant prior to event start time until just after event begins as well as a cart to transport guests from vehicles to lawn if they are in need of extra assistance.
Portable Restrooms and Handwashing StationThree portable restrooms and a handwashing station are provided for each event. Guests are not allowed to use restrooms inside the lodge which is on septic.
Camping
*Included with Weekend Rental Only
Dry camping available with 5 spaces for out-of-town guests or wedding party staying overnight for rehearsal and/or clean up.
WiFiA password will be provided if needed for wedding support (not for general guest use)
Trash ServiceTrash disposal service will be provided; renters are required to use receptacles and designated trash drop zones, clean any trash from grounds and break down any boxes.
AccessibilityThe grounds are a combination of crushed gravel and grass so can be uneven. We can dedicate up front parking spaces for elderly or handicap upon request. There are no stairs required to be used by guests, but there are stairs that must be used to access the lodge building. There is also an accessible restroom.
Additional Services Not Included in Rental RateDetails
Farm AnimalsIf photos with any farm animals are desired, there will be a fee payable to the handler.
Arcade-style GamesWinter View Lodge has an exclusive agreement with Hartley Game Rentals allowing access to games such as Rollerball (like Skee Ball), Pop-a-Shot (basketball), and a Claw Machine (great for wedding favors or extra goodies). Please inquire for contact details and pricing information.
Renters ProvideDetails
Event Insurance (required)A day-of event insurance rider must be purchased by renters with Winter View Lodge named as additional insured. Required coverage minimums will be provided at time of reservation.
Additional TentsThe venue has 4 tents available, but additional tents may be brought in by the renter. Large event tents must be rented from a reputable company and installed/erected by that licensed company.
Catering/Food/AlcoholRenters are responsible for securing their own catering/food/alcohol for the event. Only licensed caterers and bartenders are allowed. There is space available if desired to bring in a food truck or mobile bar as well. There are no kitchen facilities available for caterers.
Sound/DJ/MusicRenters are responsible for providing sound/DJ/music for their ceremony and reception.
Rules/PoliciesDetails
Venue CapacityUp to 150 guests is most comfortable. However, we can accommodate up to 200 guests which will allow less wiggle room and tighter seating.
Quiet HoursProjected event noise, music, band, etc. must be dissolved by 10 p.m. on each night of the rental.
Pet PolicyOnly certified service animals are allowed on the grounds. Exceptions may be made for those wishing to involve a cherished pet in their ceremony. Please ask!
Decor/EquipmentAdditional decor and equipment may be furnished by renter. Decor must be displayed in a way that does not damage any part or area of the venue including, but not limited to, the walls, exterior siding, lawn, grounds, altar, tables, chairs, tents, benches, etc. We have also compiled decor over time and left by renters that couples are welcome to use including signs, linens (with a $5 per linen cleaning fee), table numbers, mountain figures, antlers, wood rounds for tables/centerpieces, metal/tin pails, easels, and more.
TrashRenters must compile all trash into provided receptacles, clean up trash from grounds, and break down any boxes. Venue will provide trash disposal services.

BookingDetails
ReservationsA 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to event date.
Damage DepositA $500 refundable damage deposit is due 90 days prior to the event. The portion of the deposit that is to be refunded (if no damage, 100% will be refunded) will be done within 30 days after the event.
CancellationsCancellation of rentals within 7 days of booking (as long as event is more than 120 days in the future) will be eligible for a refund less a $100 processing fee.

Cancellations after 7 days of booking but before 90 days prior to the wedding will forfeit the 50% deposit or can move their event to a new available date if available and agreed upon by all parties.

Cancellations with less than 90 days before the rental will not be eligible for a refund.
